Getting good copy of comms on this freq @ 2:49 PM as heard from Southern MD.
Unsure of who it is at the moment. Mo C/Ss heard thus far.

The only thing I have on it is an old hardcopy of a freq list that has a
Reference to it as in use at ANDREWS AFB but offers no detail other than
that.
