Gary,
I use Spectrum Commander and have been using Signal intelligence products
for years and trust me, It does exactly what you want. Look at the link in
my signature below.
If you have specific questions and would prefer to "get it from the horses
mouth" email me off list and I'll shoot you my phone number. Also as you
don't seem to live extremely far, I extend the invite for you to come down
here and have a look see at this stuff.
If you will look in the files section of the MILAIRCOMMS site you can get a
picture of How I use the software.
