[Scan-DC] BC-796 lost programming in mobile.

I've been using scanners in a permanant-mount fashion in my vehicles for many 
years.  I my current truck, I had a 785D mounted for about six months, 
followed by a 796D and a Kenwood TK-780 that live in there year-round.  Perhaps I'm 
one of the lucky ones, but so far, no problems at all - with memory erasure or 
cold-weather related problems.
