[Scan-DC] SPIDERS up in the DC CAP

I just caught SPIDER getting gas in the CAP @ 03:04
EST over DC. I have not caught them on an A-A freq as
yet. 

They worked the BOoM on 260.9 and then HUNTRESS on
324.0.

I was able to catch the TIGERS asking who was
replacing them and then they discussed the fact that
FARGO was the "Alert Det". 

So Spiders it is for the time being. 

Again no A-A as yet but I am working on it. And of
course this apparent switch takes place just as I
finish making up a bank up just about every freq I
could find for the TIGERS. :-)
