[Scan-DC] Refueling problem in CAP

Tiger 16 around 2150Z 25 Dec was having problem with fuel door frozen and
not opening. External and Internal tanks were about dry. Tiger 12 suggested
pulsing the aircraft several G's back and forth to try to pop it open. They
succeeded and he hooked up with the tanker.

260.900Mhz and 141.600Mhz (V-9)

BTW, punched up the UHF freq on my PRO-96 and still had good copy inside the
house on the rubberduck.
