[Scan-DC] 142.6 "FM"

Getting decent copy of 142.6, in "FM" mode here from Southern MD. The freq
comes back from Radio Reference as the LTR system from Naval Surface Warfare
Center, Dahlgren, VA.

 

The majority of the comms from here seem to be encrypted but tonight they
are in the Red. 

 

Hopefully I can pull some useful info out of it while it's active to get a
proper confirmation of the user.
