[Scan-DC] Re: scanners and milair

I suppose this would goes along with ICOM making scanners that cover this  
range (with mode selection too). The R5 is available outside the US with  
cell phone coverage (or if you have authorization in the US).  I find the  
RS scanners more intuitive to use, but like my R5 too.
