[Scan-DC] NEST Helicopter over the Bay

Was just overflown by a Bell helicopter (black/blue on the bottom,
silver on the rest I believe) with two "torpedo" like pods on the
side.
From reading the list before, and taking a look at the DoE's website
on NEST, I think it's a pretty safe bet this was one of the NEST
radiation survey choppers. It flew from the direction of Kent Island
toward Chesapeake Beach, and then looped back around over about
Prince Frederick and flew back toward the Wye River area on the
Eastern Shore.
20 minutes later it came from Easton directly West over Chesapeake
Beach and then turned somewhat North. Haven't seen it since.
Will try to grab some NEST freq. and see if I hear anything. One of
their aerial monitoring birds I think....Couldn't get the
numbers....Got a grainy pic with my digital camera I'll take a look
at...nope--just confirms the make, but you can't really see the pods
or the N number.
