[Scan-DC] Training drill at FBI HQ in DC

Just announced on DC Fire Dept. main dispatch channel
that there is to be a drill tonight at FBI HQ in DC
that will include miltiple helicopters landing on the
roof.  Should make for good listening if everything
isn't encrypted - not sure if other agenices are also involved.
