[Scan-DC] WRAMC P25 trunked system

Picking up the Walter Reed Army Medical Center P25 trunked system (true P25
control channel) very weakly from about 9 miles north. Must be a very, very
low power system judging my how weak it is.

Using Pro96com to decode the P25 control channel off the PRO-96. System info
