[Scan-DC] GPS Tells Elderly Motorist To Do U-Turn OnExpressway...So He Does

As I read more into the article. It says this is not the first time a GPS 
has done that. It happened to a Police Officer who was using it to get 
directions to an incident. I think it's just a France thing.
