[Scan-DC] Frederick MD ARC 250 File?

Does anyone out there in radioland have an ARC 250 mem file for Frederick MD 
(Fire/EMS specifically) for the Uniden BC 250/296/785/796 digidital 
scanners?

Haven't seen one either in the yahoo group or on henney.com...
