[Scan-DC] Activity on 412.90

All,

Over last couple of days I've been hearing some sporadic activity on 412.90. 
It sounds like some sort of guard force/security net. They use numeric 
callsigns i.e. 57, 257 and chat is about patrols, checking buildings, etc. The comms 
are stroung & clear but very sporadic.

I can only hear one side of the conversations, the side that appears to be 
the control/dispatch.
