[Scan-DC] Huntress up on 260.9

I forwarded this to my father who is a private pilot. This is his response 
for what it's worth.
The controllers are maligned nice people with the tough job of keeping 
planes moving at greatly different speeds that are climbing, descending, 
turning and going straight out of each others prop-wash and jet-blast while 
meeting the rules regarding spacing and right of way and the nonsensical 
rules established by the politicians and safety people who don't take the 
time to learn about aviation and what poses a threat.
