  Two things, actually...

a. Brian Tolley over on the Maryland RadioReference board says that 
Dorchester is now testing their new Motorola trunk system.  The cc is 
858.2625 and the tg being used for testing is 11200.  A new paging freq 
(151.07) is also being tested.

b. Kevin Eiler mentioned that some new NIH frequencies were supposed to be 
up or testing by now in a previous message.  Well, I'm getting data sigs on 
407.3875 (digital?), and the supposed Balt/Va NIH conventional system might 
be testing on 409.325, though that sounded just like data only.
