[Scan-DC] USNS Comfort in the Bay

The USNS Comfort is steaming past my house in Chesapeake Beach right 
now.  Receiving some "Welcome Home" calls from various vessels in the 
Bay on a few of the maritime freq.

It should be in Annapolis / Bay Bridge in about one hour or so. 
Baltimore probably sometime around rush hour.

Apparently it was in Canada doing some drills.
