Here's some idents for you:

5598 is MWARA NAT-A (North Atlantic Oceanic Routes) w/Santa Maria, New York & 
Gander

6754 is usually Canadian Forces (Canforce)--mostly air-related wx.

8825 is a known Venezuelan Navy freq as well as one of the North Atlantic 
routes (NAT-E). The "data" you heard ther is most probably Venezuelan ALE.
