C-130's are one of the most configurable aircraft out
there. From carrying bulk cargo, troops, to use as
airborne command posts, PUFF platforms, medivac,
even used as bombers!
In a medivac configuration, they are normally set up
with stanchions that support the litters. Not the
most comfortable ride, but not that bad. Noisy
but it is transportation. Very little change from the
configuration for carrying troops.
