[Scan-DC] Pro 96 Firmware Upgrade

I think that upgrade from the Radio Shack site is for
software. Looks like any of us with older version 1.0
or 1.2 firmware Pro-96's will have to send them back
to Radio Shack's repair facility in Fort Worth, TX for
upgrade. This Radioreference.com link seems to have
