[Scan-DC] UPDATE---Boat capsized, 10 in the water

Trooper 7 started a search along the Western Shore from Breezy Point 
to Chesapeake Beach.  Two Calvert Fire boats, a coast guard vessel 
and I think a DNR police vesell.  Multiple crab fisherman and 
pleasure craft joined in.

Trooper 7 reported bad coordinates and Calvert County declared it a 
false alarm.  Coast Guard is still broadcasting this message though 
for the time being:

"Be on the lookout about 500 yds off the beach of Breezy Point with 
10 persons in the water 156.800."

Fishing boats have cleared but some fireboats are still moving around.
