Coast Guard Baltimore, Trooper 7, Calvert County Fireboast are all 
working a reported capsize near Breezy Point on the Chesapeake Bay. 
Heavy traffic on all Marine freq.

Report of a boat down with 10 people in the water.  No confirmation. 
No visuals yet.  Coast Guard has put out a call for help from all 
vessels in the area.
