[Scan-DC] carrier / open mike 153.95

I heard the same thing and it was maddening. It seemed to dissapear today,
though. Did you call someone?

Since last weekend sometime, I've been getting a carrier, like an open mike,
on Montgomery County Fire's old VHF Channel 1, 153.95.  (I live in
Montgomery Village, near the intersection of Goshen and Snouffer's School
Roads.)
