[Scan-DC] Choppy reception on Pro-96 MoCoPo

Anyone else getting choppy reception scanning MoCoPo with a Pro-96? I  listen 
to Channel 1 almost everyday and for the last few days the reception has  
been choppy, cutting in and during transmissions.
