[Scan-DC] Interstate 81 closed

 Hi   Interstate 81 southbound is closed down due to an accident a truck on 
its side with 2 or 3 other vehicles involved.  State police are goihng to open 
the left lane momentariarly for a short time till the wrecker arrives to 
upright the truck at which time it will be closed again.  Scene should be cleared 
in about an hour or so we hope.  310 exit ts the last winchester exit 
southbound and is route #37  Joe wb4igu
