Montgomery County, 495 Innerloop between Old Georgetown and 355.. Chief 10 
established level 1 command.. tractor trailor with ruptured tank and 3 cars 
off the road into lines.. lines still hanging.. seems to be fine except for 
the trailor leeking..

the cars seem to be property damage only and the incident concern seems to 
be on the hazmat side.. hazard removed @ 23:34 ..
