Jeff,
The Defense General Supply Center, Bellwood, Chesterfield Co., Va., changed
its TRS system within the past two months. The noticeable system change was the
abandonment of their old 400 mhz. 3 channel frequencies and implementation of a
new 400 mhz. 5 channel system, both analog but I suspect a future transition to
P25 digital. Pax River may be configuring for a subsequent P25 all digital
operation. When there is ducting I can hear the 400 mhz. Pax River TRS here in
central Va.
