[Scan-DC] 142.3 MHz right now

Something interesting going on 142.3 MHz this a.m.  Not a lot of ID's but it
sounds like inter-plane or maybe intra-plane chatter.  North of the river
right now, evidently running vectors to some point.  Doesn't sound like a
helo.  Mention of tanks and the top of some building.  ?????  "5 - 4- 3- 2-
1- Bombs Away.  Turning Left.  Mark"   Then on 355.5 -- "3 - 2- 1- SPLASH"
LOTS of intercepts this morning all over the place.  Vic C.
