All,

In the late 1400 hours (EDT), on 165.2375 (PL100), Omaha 03 (UH-60A 
Blackhawk) was flying in the Washington & Annapolis areas testing various Customs 
repeater sites with ground controller Thor.

The testing apparently started in the northern Viginia area since Omaha 03 
made mention of using the Fairfax repeater. 

In the area of BWI, Omaha 03 determined that Thor could hear him from "all 
their repeaters" but that Omaha 03 could only hear him on the Baltimore 
repeater.  

A few minutes later, while in the Annapolis area, Omaha 03 told Thor that he 
could hear him on both the Annapolis and Baltimore repeaters. 

From my location, about 5 miles east of BWI, I could only hear Thor when he 
was using the Annapolis repeater.
