[Scan-DC] Odd visuals today

It feels like I've been in my car for the last 24 hours, but I've 
seen some rather interesting things in the last day (all 
unfortunately without my scanner).

Yesterday, approximately 11:00 AM, I saw (what looked like) two Blue 
or Black Eurocopters flying across Southern Anne Arundel county, 
toward the South.  If they were military, they could have been 
heading to PAX River (I've seen some planes follow the same line) or 
AAFB--not sure.  I thought they might have been Trooper helicopters 
going to a big wreck, but wasn't sure.  They didn't look like 
military bird (like I said, they looked like Eurocopters, same shape 
as DC's police helo) but they were black or blue (or hell, even dark 
green) and flying in formation.  Maybe it's those "black helicopters" 
that are based in Roswell and run the world on behalf of the aliens 
or something....

Today at about 2:00 I saw two F-15s buzzing out what I thought was 
National.  They were heading North up the Potomac more or less (I was 
at 66 and the Beltway looking East) when I caught them low and fast 
over the horizon.  Not sure what that was all about.

Also today I saw a PEPCO vehicle called "RFI Investigator"  It was a 
pickup filled with antennas and a Google search indicated that PEPCO 
has a pretty active RFI interference program.  Kind of neat.

Not sure if anyone caught anything on these, but thought I'd mention them.
