[Scan-DC] Southern MD Audio Log Notes (04/15/04)

Anyone else in the DC area find it annoying to scan the 135-144 range.. i
know we talked about this before but i'm specifically referring to the NDW
trunked 140mhz system that i always hit every other freq or so making it
annoying and next to imposs. to scan..
