[Scan-DC] changes

   I saw a note on radioreference that it appears AA county is now 
operating on the EMRC talkgroups, rather than the usual Med channels.  This 
coincides with the move to a new dispatch center (actually, from what I 
understand, they actually went live yesterday, before a console 
move).  Looks like another change to the Fire/EMS page is in order...

   I also noted yesterday while doing some reprogramming that there was a 
VERY weak control channel coming thru on 868.5875.  It's not there now, but 
if it comes in stronger elsewhere, it might be worth slapping Trunker on it 
to see to whom it belongs.
