[Scan-DC] spread spectrum

 Hi, I wonder if anybody can answer a question for me. I used to be into
scanners about 10 years ago but have no idea of the newer models
capabilities.

 Is it possible to listen in on telephones that use spread spectrum on 900
mhz?
The reason I am asking is that I believe my neighbors listen in on my phone
calls. I see the discone scanner antenna on the roof of their house and I
know
they are not radio amateurs.

 Any help will be greatly appreciated.
