All,

Today, on 39.14 MHz NFM I heard the Annapolis Barracks Dispatch talking to a 
MSP-1. I couldn't hear MSP-1. 

I'm assuming that MSP-1 is the Govenor's escort/protection detail.  Does 
anyone know that for sure?
