Most, if not using a cellphone or an 800 mhz. analog or digital trunked
system, should be analog NBFM 161.640 - 161.760 mhz. or 450.020 - 450.980 mhz.
or 455.0200 - 455.980 mhz. Some may encrypt their IFB and non-IFB audio. Your
ability to receive whatever will depend mainly
upon your equipment monitoring configuration.
