[Scan-DC] Snowplows in NoVA

   Additionally, in my county, Prince George, certain VDOT vehicles have the
capability of communicating with our Sheriff's Office on 159.150 mhz.  The main
reason for this capability is VDOT maintains the Benjamin Harrison Bridge that
crosses the James River on east end of the county to Charles City Co.  If there
is a bridge raising/lowering problem, which has occured or rare occasions, they
have quicker comms. with the county.
