[Scan-DC] Zodiac boat rescue school on Kent Island

Not sure if this was mentioned, but the Zodiac Boat company has just 
opened a first responders rescue academy out on Kent Island, teaching 
rescuers how to use boats in search and rescue, recovery, etc.  Could 
lead to some interesting chatter now that the school is open (though 
it will be just a drill) as fire departments and SWAT teams come in 
for training.
