According to the Jan 23 edition, B 1, the new system is still analog
modulation and it's just a frequency change.

Digital coming in the future along with several new towers. Apparently over
next 3 yrs if money is available.

Cutover to new system is complete but control channel still available on old
system..still used as a backup I suppose.

Any one have details on new freq bank and talk groups?
