[Scan-DC] Pro-96 comment

Mine holds fine regardless of whether scan up or scan down is active. I
tried it several times in several different configurations, including with
the antenna not attached to simulate not receiving the control channel when
hold mode is first turned on. Do you see "ID Hold Mode" in the display in
both cases, or does it just say "Scan Up" or "Scan Down" after you hit FUNC
TRUNK?

I figured it out. If the scanner is set to scan down then it will not hold
after hitting func trunk but if it is set to scan up it will hold on the id
you choose.
