[Scan-DC] Pro-96 v-folder for MD-VA-DC

Hi!  I'm new to scanning as well as this forum.  Please excuse me if this
question has been posed before.

With the pre-programmed frequencies, I can only listen to DC fire and rescue. 
DC fire dept tends to be too chatty and uninteresting.  There seems to be no
signal from the DC police.  Please let me know how/where to tune in to the
police.
