[Scan-DC] Interference on Baltimore's Channel 2

   To elaborate a little on what b_thom wrote;  the wavy lines *might* be 
caused by 6 meter audio attempting to mix with the channel 2 video.  In 
other words, there might have been a local 6 meter opening the other night.
