[Scan-DC] Bicept at APG

HI All,
Listening to Bicept flight up at Aberdeen Proving Ground.Using 248.4 very
heavily and 138.05.Can not hear anyone on the ground.I have never heard
F-16"s up at APG.Usually alot of A-10"s from Martin State and Willow Grove.
