[Scan-DC] A gem from a Montgo fire dispatcher this afternoon...

And later on I heard the fire/rescue dispatcher request, "Please stop 
sending messages to the dispatcher about PEPCO, call landline".  They may 
have just been overwhelmed, but it made me wonder if they didn't want the 
comments in writing.
