[Scan-DC] FW: Kidnapping-Robbery Gaithersburg

It appears there have been several incidents of robbery, kidnapping, and
assault near Lakeforest Mall.  Several individuals have been dropped off at
locations around the Gaithersburg area. They were kidnapped beaten and
robbed . One is being treated for stab wounds. Police have been advised to
avoid a certain street where SAT is setting up to raid a house.
 
Meanwhile on TG 13488 a couple of officers are talking about it in a very
informal manner.
 
"We need to get out of Gaithersburg and move somewhere safe"
"Yeah, like Silver Spring, ha ha!"
 
"Glad I'm not in SAT anymore" 
 
"When you pull over a stolen car at least you don't have to talk to the
suspect. Well put it this way, your conversation doesn't require words."
 
"I feel for the responding units. Do you know how hard it's gonna be to find
a sober detective at 1030 on a Friday night"
"Yeah much less one that speaks Spanish"

Well they just called a 10-3 .  Sounds like the suspect pulled the suspect
vehicle over and has the driver down at gunpoint
 
More developments.... SWAT and undercover units are set up on an apartment
in Germantown. I heard reports of 10 units requested and an "APC"
