[Scan-DC] Cyclone class patrol boat

There is a Cyclone class patrol boat making its way South past 
Chesapeake Beach at 11:40 am EST.  No radio traffic as of yet (fixed 
my radio, I think).  This is not the vessel I mentioned last 
Thursday, which remains unidentified.

Too cloudy to make out hull numbers or flags.
