[Scan-DC] Pro-96

Just got a pro-96 and at first glance it seems to be allot to figure =
out. I have seen several posts saying its pre programmed with Montgomery =
co. but that does not seem to be the case. It does have searchable =
frequency ranges that receive channels but nothing grouped  or =
identified as a particular police district as far as I can tell. I will =
sit down tonight and see what I can figure out but it is confusing and a =
bit disappointing at first glance. Any pointers would be appreciated.

Also anyone know anything about D.C. encrypting? That would be very sad =
news for me. Zane
