[Scan-DC] Unknown Warship in the Bay

Have a warship sighting today.  2:32 passing Chesapeake Beach. 
Approximately 250-300 feet long.  Grey (of course).  No hull 
markings.  No flag, that I can make out.  Looks western, in that 
their are Phalanx anti-missile guns.  One stack, two masts.  Two 
helicopter hangars.  Big gun up front, smaller one in the stern. 
Heading North toward Baltimore.  Should be near Annapolis is 20-30 
minutes.

Unfortunately I dropped my scanner and it's in a bunch of pieces 
right now so I can't monitor the maritime freqs.
