[Scan-DC] Baltimore City

From someone considering buying a PRO-96:

Will this scanner successfully monitor the following systems?
     - DC Fire
     - Baltimore City Fire
     - Baltimore County Fire

I currently have no trunked systems where I am (PA) and the new state
system is a proprietary system that I'm sure the PRO-96 will not receive.
However, I am interested in it for traveling if it will receive the above
systems.

Are these difficult to program, or are they stored in the memory of the
new unit? (I forget what the feature was called)
