[Scan-DC] getting your PRO96 running

Although it is extremely helpful, you won't need the software & cable to
monitor Fairfax out of the box. Follow the procedures in the manual for
loading up the V-scanner profile for DC/MD/VA and you will be monitoring
Fairfax, Loudoun, & MoCo in about 5 mins.
Since DC is in the process of turning up their new digital trunked system,
that info willnot be pre-programmed. You will want the cable & s/w to do
this. Check out trunkedradio.net for all the current info on the new DC
system.
