[Scan-DC] Pro-96 and MPD

I wonder why they did it that way.  The BC250D seems to allow you to
enter multiple Base and Offset frequencies for a multi-range system.

I noticed the blurp on page 35 (under Hints) that indicates "Systems
with Multiple channel ranges can be programmed using PC appilcation
software".  That does seem kinda of silly.  I did noticed that you can
set the Pro96 for "Multi Table" mode.
