[Scan-DC] Pro-96 and MPD

It can be programmed to receive MPD from the keypad. It is a two step
process that is described in the manual.

First, enter the appropriate base, offset and step values.

Then, select 3600 CC Table mode.

The only type of trunked system that would require the use of a PC is a
multi-range system. The multi-table is accessed with the PC software.
Fortunately these are rare.
